JunSoft Mobile ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Clarity mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Text and voice inputs you submit for analysis ("Thinking Sessions")
Categories and emotional data associated with your sessions
Subscription and purchase information processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system

Automatically Collected Information:

Device type, operating system version, and app version
Usage analytics (session frequency, feature usage) in anonymized form
Crash reports and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide AI-powered thinking analysis and structured insights
To generate personalized insights and growth patterns

3. Data Storage and Security

Your Thinking Session data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy policies.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. AI Processing

When you submit a Thinking Session for analysis, your input is processed by AI services to generate structured analysis results. We do not retain your input data on our servers after processing is complete. AI-generated results are stored locally on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

Our App may use the following third-party services:

Apple In-App Purchase: For subscription management
Apple iCloud: For optional data synchronization
OpenAI API: For AI-powered analysis processing

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

6. Data Retention

Your Thinking Session data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. You can export or delete your data at any time through the App's Settings. When you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

You have the right to:

Access your personal data stored within the App
Export your data in a portable format
Delete your data at any time
Opt out of notifications and reminders
Request information about how your data is processed

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
