JunSoft Mobile ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Clarity mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Your Thinking Session data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy policies.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
When you submit a Thinking Session for analysis, your input is processed by AI services to generate structured analysis results. We do not retain your input data on our servers after processing is complete. AI-generated results are stored locally on your device.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.
Your Thinking Session data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. You can export or delete your data at any time through the App's Settings. When you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
